How is Cash Back Determined?
We offer a Cash Back to qualifying Buyer’s of:
50% of the gross commission less HST for Self Represented Buyers for co-operating
commissions 1.01% or higher.
20% of the gross commission less HST for co-operating commissions of 2% or higher.
15% of the gross commission less HST for co-operating commissions of 1.01% to 1.99%.
No cash back is given on any co-operating rates of 1% or less or for any Buyer’s referred by another brokerage and/or third party.
